l  Each presenting must pay nonrefundable registration fee (except for invited speakers).

l  Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and submitted for publication in proceedings.

l  Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed. Please send all registration files to ICAMME@126.com before the deadline.

 

1. Author Registration

Author Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Kits, Paper online-publishing, Presentation.

Regular Author (4-6 pages)	340 USD or 2400 RMB
Additional Pages (≥7 pages)	50 USD/page or 300 RMB/page
Committee Member Author	320 USD or 2200 RMB
Invited Papers	Free
Participation Fee (Optional)	100 USD or 600 RMB

One regular paper contains 4-6 pages, including the contents, figures, tables and references. If the paper exceeds Eight Pages, 50 USD/page or 300 RMB will be charged.

Registration Documents: 1, Registration Form; 2, Payment Proof; 3, Final paper (docx & PDF); 4. Copyright Form (signed by all authors).

About the Final Paper

1.      The final paper provided by the authors should be in MS Word and PDF format.

2.      Authors must carefully check their article, including authors’ names, initials, authors’ affiliations, references, which are the most common mistakes.

3.     Be careful, no extra corrections will be made after the conference editor submit all the publishing materials to the publisher!
